SECTION 1 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Shipping (5-10 Business Days)

SECTION 2 - PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

SECTION 3 - CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling the order or for any other concerns, please contact us at contact@rivahroots.com

SECTION 4 - RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 21 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns.

Additionally, RIVAH ROOTS is not responsible for the return delivery cost for items where "Free Shipping" was provided. For items that were assessed a shipping fee or due to any error on our part, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SECTION 5 - DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

SECTION 6 - DAMAGED ORDERS

RIVAH ROOTS is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us at contact@rivahroots.com so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider and/or address your issue

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
